I'm Victoria, a teacher who believes life, like baking, is all about finding the perfect balance of ingredients. When I'm not inspiring young minds, I'm experimenting with flavors in my kitchen—turning ordinary ingredients into extraordinary desserts that might just make you weak at the knees. My passport is as well-used as my favorite mixing bowl, collecting stamps from adventures across continents where I'm usually found with a camera in one hand and a local pastry in the other. I capture moments through my lens almost as skillfully as I capture hearts with my signature chocolate ganache cake.
